BPMG is a UAE-based consultancy providing advanced building performance simulation analysis and sustainability consulting services for projects in the Middle East and around the world. We provide a wide range of services in order to optimise building energy efficiency, improve occupant comfort and also achieving the necessary performance criteria for green building certification programs. We also provide energy auditing and post-occupancy evaluation assessments on existing buildings in order to remedy the inefficiencies and achieve optimal performance with the quickest possible return on investment for our clients.
We have completed hundreds of green buildings certifications for LEED, BREEAM, DGBR/Al Sa’fat, Estidama, GSAS, WELL, Greenstar and other international/regional systems. Our expertise also covers corporate sustainability strategies and management during their operational stage to maximize cost and carbon savings to the organization.
Formally established in 2013, BPMG has completed a wide range of projects around the Middle East and Internationally. Our experience includes retail shopping malls, 5-star hotels and resorts, residential buildings, hospitals, museums, data centres and many other building types. Our clients include building owners, developers, and engineering/architectural consultant groups of various sizes from around the world.

SIMON GOWLAND
Managing Director & Building Performance Specialist
Simon is a building performance consultant with 19 years experience in the building physics/mechanical engineering fields specialising in the field of advanced building performance simulation modelling and analysis.
Simon has vast experience with dynamic thermal and energy modelling necessary for building performance optimisation and had completed over 150 individual building projects through global energy certification platforms such as LEED, Estidama, QSAS and GreenStar.
Michael has 17 years experience as a building performance and sustainability consultant (qualified LEED AP & Estidama PQP) with a demonstrated history of working in the construction industry. Skilled in LEED and Estidama Projects, Building Energy Modeling, Whole Building Life Cycle Analysis, Energy Auditing and Building Air Tightness Testing. He is a strong consulting professional with a Master of Science (MSc) focused in Environmental Engineering from Queens University Belfast.

Eirini has 19 years of professional experience and is our director of sustainability, advising and facilitating the clients to achieve their energy and environmental goals. She develops suitable sustainable strategies for our clients to incorporate into their projects and achieve their aspirations. She has extensive technical experience in sustainability and has worked on a number of projects in many different sectors globally. Eirini has a track record of managing successfully project teams and meeting the clients’ expectations. She has won UK Building Magazine’s award as one of the Top 50 ‘Sustainability Stars 2015’.
